June/July - Aug 2025: Paid Pre-PGDM Internship
Before you enter the study room, your journey starts. Through our one-of-a-kind paid pre-PGDM internship program within the Muthoot Group, you’ll be immersed inside the corporate world. Here, you will work with senior managers, gain hands-on experience, and earn ₹25,000 of monthly stipend. Plus, you’ll get assistance from senior supervisor and a faculty mentor who will assist you from day one.
Sept 2025: Orientation and Launch
The journey formally starts with an exciting 15-day orientation, wherein you will work with faculty, friends, and take part in thrilling ability-constructing sports. It’s not pretty much lectures—it’s discovering your management ability and passions through psychometric inventories and feedback of your PGDM internships. This is where you’ll start shaping your Leadership Development Plan, a customized roadmap that aligns your ambitions with the capabilities and mentorship and make your ambition to reality.
Oct - Dec 2025: Semester 1 - Gaining Momentum
In the first semester, you’ll dive deep into topics thru our modern co-teaching model. Understand more about case studies, and real-global insights from industry leaders. This is also when you can start developing your startup idea, form a team, and get professional steerage as you form your commercial enterprise area.
Jan - May 2026: Semester 2 - Expanding Horizons
It’s your chance to discover present day area like AI, FinTech, and Data Science. Participate in hearth conversations, panel discussions, and corporate project work. It's a semester meant to broaden your thinking and expand your horizons. Plus, you’ll get opportunities to pitch your startup idea.
June - July 2026: Summer Internship
Time to take the whole thing you’ve found out and observe it in a real-global setting! During your summer season internship, you’ll step right into a complete-time corporate function, gaining precious enterprise experience. It’s also the ideal opportunity to stable that Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and further construct your profile. For the potential entrepreneurs, use this as an opportunity.
Aug - Nov 2026: Semester three - Focus and Strategy
This semester is all about polishing your know-how in your selected specialization. Whether it's management, marketing, or facts analytics, you will get deep insights from advanced courses, on-line structures, and our innovative metaverse tools. You will additionally be attending workshops, mock interviews, and networking on events to help you secure your dream task.
Also, you will have an option to study abroad for 1-2 semesters with one of our partnered institutions in a foreign country.
Dec 2026 - Apr 2027: Semester 4 - Integrate and Shine
These are the tasks where you will shine. This is the time to combine all your expertise and address actual-world enterprise demanding situations. Whether you’re gunning for a pinnacle placement or pushing towards with your startup, the placement season is where the whole thing you have worked for comes collectively.
