Dr. Aadithya’s research focuses on Lean and Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), and sustainable manufacturing systems. His current research interests extend to the green hydrogen supply chain and integration of Lean principles with Industry 4.0 frameworks for operational excellence.
He has published in reputed international journals including the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma, The TQM Journal, International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, and Journal of Advances in Management Research. His recent works include applications of interpretive structural modelling (ISM) and fuzzy TOPSIS for analyzing and improving operational performance in heavy fabrication industries.
Before joining academia, Dr. Aadithya worked in industry as a Production Planning Engineer – New Product Development at Anand Engineering Products Pvt Ltd, Trichy, where he contributed to production scheduling, system integration, and SAP PP module implementation. He also served as an Assistant Professor at Vignan Institute of Technology and Science, Hyderabad, and as a Research Scholar at NIT Trichy, where he assisted in teaching and guided several undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
A certified Kaizen and 5S practitioner from the Value Enablers’ Academy and trained in Cost Accounting and Decision-Making from the Technical University of Munich, Dr. Aadithya combines analytical depth with a strong orientation toward practical problem solving.
At Muthoot Business School, he is passionate about mentoring students in applying engineering and statistical concepts to real-world management problems and fostering an analytical mindset aligned with the principles of continuous improvement and sustainability.
